Virtue Group

Founded in 2023, Virtue Group’s founder Tony wanted to continue to serve his country after serving in the military.  He decided the best way to do this and combine his interest in business with his experience in the United States Navy as  a Corpsman.  This led him to create Virtue Group providing Healthcare Solutions, Public Health, Project & Program Management, and Logistics services to clients with the same personalized attention he gave his patients in the military.

While serving in the United States Navy as a Fleet Force Corpsman, experience was gained in leadership roles in clinical Sick Call, managing the logistics for all medical materiel in Unit, and Public Health initiatives to the Afghan population.  After completing his time in the military, Tony attended Marian University and obtained his degree in Public Health.

When the Coronavirus pandemic started, Tony volunteered to deploy to help support relief efforts by working for the Department of Health and Human Service's Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR) as a Senior Logistical Coordinator.  He helped forward deployed Disaster Medical Assistance Teams around the United States and its territories.

After his time with ASPR, he started supporting contracts as a Project Manager at govcon companies that had business with the NIH, CDC, HHS's ASPR & BARDA, and the U.S. Army Medical Materiel Development Activity (USAMMDA) command before deciding to start Virtue Group.

Having this diverse professional background gives him a unique perspective about the services his business provides but also, how it is for the person providing the service.
